“Content” refers to data, resumes, job descriptions, messages, inputs, and outputs generated or uploaded through Jooba.

“AI Services” refers to Jooba’s automated recruiting agents, recommendations, outreach tools, and AI-generated outputs.

2. Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have authority to enter into legally binding agreements
Provide accurate information

If using Jooba on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Keep login credentials secure
Notify us of unauthorized access

Jooba may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Description of Services

Jooba provides:

AI-powered candidate sourcing
AI recruiting agents
Automated outreach and scheduling
Slack integrations
Recruiting workflow automation
Candidate discovery and management tools

Jooba does not guarantee hiring outcomes or candidate availability.

Jooba is a platform provider and is not an employer, recruiter of record, or employment agency.

5. AI-Generated Content and Outputs

Jooba uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations and automate workflows.

You acknowledge:

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies
You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs
AI outputs may be similar to outputs provided to other users
Jooba does not guarantee accuracy or suitability

AI systems may use user inputs to provide and improve services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use Jooba for illegal purposes
Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the platform
Upload harmful code or malware
Use Jooba to spam, harass, or abuse others
Misrepresent identity or impersonate others
Attempt unauthorized access to systems

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of your Content.

By using Jooba, you grant Jooba a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

Process Content
Display Content
Store Content
Analyze Content
Provide and improve Services

You confirm you have rights to submit the Content.

8. Slack and Third-Party Integrations

Jooba integrates with third-party platforms including Slack.

By connecting integrations, you authorize Jooba to:

Access necessary account data
Process recruiting workflow data
Exchange data required to provide Services

Jooba is not responsible for third-party platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

Jooba owns all rights to:

Platform design
AI systems
Branding and logos

You may not copy, distribute, or modify Jooba without permission.

10. Fees and Payments

Services may be unavailable due to:

System failures
External dependencies

Jooba is not liable for downtime.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account anytime.

Jooba may suspend or terminate accounts if you:

Misuse the platform
Create risk or legal exposure

Hiring outcomes

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the previous 12 months.
